| ◆ Multi-working-position automatic rotary press has triple coaxial tables (include upper table, middle table, lower table). It is designed with 8-12 working positions. Every working position has an independent set tool. The tools include upper punch, die, and lower punch (include core). The tools were distributed on the table according to the pressing curvilinear (include filling, pre-pressing, pressing). In one circle of the turn table 8-12 parts will be produced. The rigid machining precision of the press assures the pressing's consistency of the parts because the upper punch and lower punch are working in synchronization. The press according to the pressing curve finishes the bi-directional pressing and the die ejection. |
◆ For example: Tape Y-30. The adjustment of upper ram and lower ram is 0-16 mm. If the turning speed of the press is 11 circle/min, then parts produced is 8 tools (number of working positions) x 11 circles/min or 88-entries/
min. So this tape press has high productivity, and is fit to produce the miniature parts in large volume. It is a high-tech, high quality, high efficiency, and automatic. |
